Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA) is the newest neurotoxin at UDERMA Medspa & Laser, FDA-approved in 2022 for frown lines. It relaxes the same muscles as Botox and Xeomin, but it is stabilized with a peptide instead of proteins, and in clinical trials its results lasted about six months on average, with some clients seeing longer.
For clients who would rather visit twice a year than three or four times, Daxxify is the one to ask about. It is injected in the same 20-minute visit, by the same injectors, and priced per unit.
How Daxxify differs from the other neurotoxins we carry
Daxxify tends to start working sooner, often within a day or two, and to last longer, about six months on average in trials against three to four for Botox and Xeomin. It uses a peptide rather than proteins to stabilize the toxin. Because it lasts longer, the dose per area is typically higher, so the per-visit cost is often similar to a Botox visit while the visits are fewer.
