What is Sculptra (Biostimulator)?

Also known as: Poly-L-Lactic Acid, PLLA, Collagen Biostimulator

Sculptra is an injectable biostimulator made of poly-L-lactic acid that gradually prompts your own collagen to rebuild, restoring volume and firmness over time rather than instantly.

Sculptra is a different kind of injectable than a traditional filler. Made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), it works as a biostimulator, meaning it encourages your skin to produce its own new collagen over the following weeks and months. Rather than simply filling a space, it gradually restores underlying support and a more youthful fullness.

Because the change is gradual and built on your own collagen, results look natural and develop over a series of sessions, often lasting a couple of years. It is frequently used to restore volume in the cheeks and temples and to improve overall skin firmness. A consultation determines whether it fits your goals.
