What is Exosomes?
Also known as: Exosome Therapy, Regenerative Exosomes
Exosomes are tiny messenger particles applied to the skin, often after microneedling or laser treatments, to support healing and signal the skin to renew, calm, and rejuvenate itself.
Exosomes are extremely small vesicles that act as messengers between cells, carrying signals that help guide processes like repair and renewal. In aesthetics, exosome serums are commonly applied to the skin right after a treatment that opens micro-channels, such as microneedling or laser resurfacing, so the messengers can reach deeper and support recovery.
The goal is to enhance the skin's natural rejuvenation, helping it look calmer, more refreshed, and more even after a treatment. Exosomes are used as a complement to other procedures rather than on their own. Your provider can explain how they may fit into your skin plan during a consultation.
