Botox

What does Botox treat?

Botox and other neuromodulators soften dynamic wrinkles caused by repeated muscle movement — forehead lines, frown lines (“11s”), and crow’s feet — for a smoother, refreshed look while keeping natural expression.

Does Botox hurt and is there downtime?

Injections take just a few minutes using a very fine needle; most clients feel only a tiny pinch. There is no real downtime — you can return to your day right away (we’ll review a few simple aftercare tips).

How long does Botox take to work and how long does it last?

You’ll typically begin to see results in 3–5 days, with full effect around two weeks. Results generally last about 3–4 months, after which a maintenance treatment keeps you looking refreshed.

Will Botox look natural?

At UDERMA we dose conservatively and tailor placement to your anatomy and goals, so you look like a refreshed version of yourself — never frozen.

Dermal Fillers

What can dermal fillers do?

Dermal fillers restore volume and structure — enhancing cheeks, jawline and chin, softening folds, and balancing facial proportions for a refreshed, lifted look.

How long do dermal fillers last?

Depending on the product and area, most hyaluronic-acid fillers last 9–18 months; some biostimulatory options last longer. We’ll recommend the right product for your goals.

Is filler reversible?

Hyaluronic-acid fillers can be dissolved if needed, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.

Lips & Russian Lip Filler

What is the Russian lip technique?

The Russian lip technique is a specialized filler method that builds the lip vertically from the base, creating lift, a defined cupid’s bow and crisp borders — a heart-shaped, “doll-lip” look with volume and definition rather than a flat, projected look.

How long does lip filler last?

Most lip filler results last around 9–12 months depending on the product and your metabolism. Many clients schedule a small top-up to maintain their preferred shape and volume.

Does lip filler hurt and is there downtime?

We use numbing for comfort, and most clients tolerate the treatment well. Expect some swelling and possible bruising for a few days that settles to reveal the final result.

Can lip filler be dissolved?

Yes — hyaluronic-acid lip filler can be dissolved if you ever want to adjust or reset your shape, which makes it a low-commitment way to enhance your lips.

EMFACE

What is EMFACE and how does it work?

EMFACE is a needle-free facial treatment that combines synchronized RF (radiofrequency) energy to tighten and smooth skin with HIFES energy to tone the underlying facial muscles. The result is lifted, firmer skin and a more defined look — without injections or downtime.

Does EMFACE hurt and is there downtime?

Most clients describe EMFACE as a warm, tingling sensation with gentle muscle contractions — it is comfortable and needle-free. There is essentially no downtime; you can return to normal activities immediately.

How many EMFACE sessions do I need and how long do results last?

A typical EMFACE protocol is 4 sessions spaced about a week apart. Many clients notice lifting and tightening that continues to improve over the following weeks, with results that can last several months. Periodic maintenance sessions help preserve the effect.

Who is a good candidate for EMFACE?

EMFACE is popular with clients who want a natural lift and firmer skin without Botox or filler, as well as those who want to complement injectables. A consultation at UDERMA confirms whether it fits your goals.

Ultherapy

What is Ultherapy and what does it lift?

Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound to stimulate collagen deep in the skin and the foundational layers, lifting and tightening the brow, jawline, neck and décolletage over time — non-surgically.

How long until I see Ultherapy results and how long do they last?

Collagen rebuilds gradually, so results develop over 2–3 months and can last a year or more. Many clients do a touch-up annually to maintain lift.

Is there downtime with Ultherapy?

There’s essentially no downtime — some clients have mild redness, tenderness or temporary swelling. You can return to normal activities right away.

Laser & Light Treatments

What is the difference between BBL HERO, MOXI and HALO?

They target different concerns: BBL HERO (broadband light) addresses pigmentation, redness and sun damage; MOXI is a gentle non-ablative laser that resurfaces for tone and texture with minimal downtime; HALO is a hybrid (ablative + non-ablative) laser for deeper resurfacing and glow. They’re often combined for comprehensive rejuvenation.

How much downtime do laser treatments have?

It depends on the device. MOXI and BBL typically involve little downtime — some redness and a “coffee-ground” sloughing of pigment for a few days. HALO and deeper resurfacing involve a few days of redness and peeling. We’ll match the treatment to your downtime tolerance.

How many sessions will I need?

Many clients see a noticeable glow after a single BBL or MOXI, with a series of 3 spaced a few weeks apart recommended for pigmentation and texture goals. Your plan is customized at your consultation.

Are laser treatments safe for my skin?

UDERMA uses medical-grade Sciton devices and tailors settings to your skin. A consultation and skin assessment ensure the right treatment and safe parameters for you.

Microneedling & RF

What is RF microneedling (EXION)?

RF microneedling combines fine micro-needles with radiofrequency energy to remodel collagen below the surface — improving texture, pores, fine lines, acne scars and laxity. EXION adds ultrasound and targeted RF for deeper tightening with little surface disruption.

What is exosome microneedling?

Exosomes are growth-factor signaling messengers applied with microneedling to amplify healing, collagen production and glow. Paired with microneedling channels, they can enhance results and recovery.

Is there downtime with microneedling?

Expect redness similar to a mild sunburn for 1–2 days, sometimes light flaking. Most clients return to normal activities the next day with proper aftercare.

How many sessions do I need?

A series of 3 sessions spaced about a month apart is common for texture, pores and scarring, with maintenance as needed. Your plan is personalized at consultation.

Chemical Peels

What does a chemical peel do?

A chemical peel exfoliates the skin to improve tone, texture, fine lines, mild pigmentation and breakouts, revealing fresher, brighter skin. Strength is customized from light to deeper peels.

How much downtime does a peel have?

Light peels have little to no downtime; medium peels may cause a few days of flaking and redness. We match the peel to your skin and schedule.

EMSCULPT NEO

What does EMSCULPT NEO do?

EMSCULPT NEO simultaneously builds muscle and reduces fat in treated areas (abdomen, glutes and more) using synchronized RF heating and high-intensity electromagnetic (HIFEM) contractions — the equivalent of an intense workout you couldn’t replicate at the gym.

Is EMSCULPT NEO painful and is there downtime?

You’ll feel strong but tolerable muscle contractions and warmth during the 30-minute session. There is no downtime — clients return to normal activity immediately, sometimes with mild muscle soreness.

How many sessions and when will I see results?

A typical protocol is 4 sessions over a couple of weeks. Results continue developing over the following weeks, with studies showing meaningful muscle increase and fat reduction in treated areas.

Who is EMSCULPT NEO for?

It suits clients who want to tone, strengthen and slim specific areas — including those close to their goals who want definition, and busy people who want efficient, non-invasive body contouring.

Laser Hair Removal

How many laser hair removal sessions do I need?

Because hair grows in cycles, a series of 6–8 sessions spaced a few weeks apart is typical for lasting reduction, with occasional maintenance.

Does laser hair removal hurt?

Most clients describe a quick “snap” sensation; modern devices include cooling for comfort. Sessions are fast, especially for smaller areas.

Medical Weight Loss

How does medical weight loss work at UDERMA?

Our medically-supervised program may include GLP-1 medications (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide) alongside guidance on nutrition and lifestyle, tailored to your health profile for sustainable results.

Am I a candidate for GLP-1 weight-loss medication?

Candidacy depends on your health history and goals. A medical consultation at UDERMA determines whether a GLP-1 program is appropriate and safe for you.
